A brief testimonial…. I didn’t know Chad until he held a clinic for HFG goalies. Chad has been working with my daughter for the past 10 months or so in a small group format (2-5 keepers), as schedules permit. He has made a big difference in her success. Great temperament to work with kids of all ages while getting the most he can get out of them. Call me if you have questions from a customer’s standpoint.

Chad Lorenz is one of the finest Goal Keeper instructors on the East Coast! I was a Keeper through college and 1 year of semi professional Ball. I instructed Goal Keepers for 20 years after that. Goal Keeping is the most physically, mentally and emotionally demanding position on the pitch and Chad employees the most current methods to train not only technique, tactics and skill but for the mental and emotional demands as well. Training with Chad is an investment you can't afford to not make if your interested in playing the most demanding position in Soccer.

My daughter started training with Chad about a year ago. Initially I was skeptical that she could play at a higher level. After training with Chad for a short time she was working hard and having a blast. His ability to work hard and have fun at the same time is amazing. Most importantly she has improved dramatically. Goalie training is the one thing she NEVER wants to miss. Thanks Chad for all the hard work and dedication.

My daughter has been training with Chad since the beginning of fall, 2009. My daughter had come from a previous trainer and we were at first hesitant in switching - however, this was the BEST move we made! Chad is an outstanding trainer! Chad has a great personality that allows him to interact with the sudents he trains in a very unique way. The training sessions are intense, Chad is not a sideline trainer, he is right there with each student performing the dives and moves himself while interacting to make sure each student is using proper form. My daughter has learned alot from Chad so far and has improved significantly - not to mention she loves it!!

When our organization decided to develop a partnership with Rock Solid Keeping, we had no idea the level of expertise we were receiving. During our initial meeting, Chad listened and evaluated our needs based on the ability level, age level and competive level of our goalies. He quickly developed a unique training schedule for our keepers that met these needs...and more! While training our keepers, he was continually evaluating the players and the effectiveness of his training. He would make adjustments when he felt it was necessary in order to challenge each keeper individually. The results were amazing! We have done many training programs in the past and this one was by far the most effective!!

If you are looking for a training for your organization, I would highly recommend Rock Solid Keeping! Chad will take your keepers to the next level! We are already looking forward to another great season with Rock Solid training our goalies! Thanks Chad!!

Chad has been a tremendous asset to both the Hickory / Fountain Green recreational soccer program and the Lazer’s Soccer Club this past season. He has provided private lessons to many of our young keepers, small group lessons within our programs, a massive 1-day group clinic for our rec and travel program, and even worked with our coaches to teach them the proper / fundamental techniques while playing in the goal.

He is a great communicator with high-energy and a passion for helping young goalies become successful. His enthusiasm for the position (and the game) is contagious and I highly recommend him for anybody trying to take their goalie skills to a higher level. I look forward to working with Chad for many, many seasons to come!

In 2009 LSC contacted Chad to train keepers for many of our 23 teams in a camp format during this Summer. Chad was excellent with all the keepers and we received many positive comments about his training technique and approach to the game. Not only is he very committed to the kids but is always available for follow up evaluations and additional training. We plan to continue our relationship with Rock Solid Keeping in 2010.

I coach a Girls U-13 club travel team for Upper Chesapeake Soccer Club. We had Rock Solid Keeping conduct goal keeper training for our G-U13 & GU-14 teams. This included our primary keepers, as well as several back-up keepers. Chad was awesome with the girls. He really took their goal keeper skills and confidence to the next level. Most importantly, the feedback I received from the girls was that they loved the training and learned alot from Chad. I highly recommend Rock Solid Keeping to any team that is looking for an way to provide 1:1 professional training for their keepers.

Chad trained me and three other boys for a week and he taught me more than i have learned my whole life(and I've been strictly a goal keeper since i was five years of age). I am going to start private lessons with him and i cant wait!

Chad trains our main and backup goalkeepers. He has a wide range of skills to teach both basic and advanced skills. His caring goes above and beyond most specialty coaches. He came out to watch our keeper perform in a tournament. I strongly recommend him.

Chad has been training my son Mason for almost a year now. He is 7 years old and is quite honestly one of the best goalkeepers out there at his age level. Chad has done a tremendous job of teaching him the correct way to be a goal keeper. My son recently tried out for a club level team and made it! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication Chad!

Chad trains the keepers on my Bel Air Blue Devils Team and they really are rock solid both indoor and outdoor. As a coach for the past 8 years, I really agree with Chad when he states that the keepers need training beyond what the field coaches can provide. Chad's training and preparation is second to none.

Rock Solid Keeping has done a great job with my son. Chad is great with kids and has tremendous experience as a goalkeeper. The drills provide a great workout and are effective in teaching proper technique and positioning. I can't wait for next season to begin so I can watch my son execute what he has learned. Thanks Chad!
